Roy brings nearly 15 years of experience in HVAC and the home services industry. He started his career working in the trades before joining American Home Shield as a Virtual HVAC Expert. He later moved into a leadership role overseeing a team of home service experts before transitioning into content and marketing. His background combines hands-on technical experience with content development, helping homeowners better understand their home systems and common repair and maintenance issues.
