All 3 of our real estate home warranty plans include coverage for all components and parts of garage door openers. This coverage does not include garage doors and garage door track assemblies. Our standard home warranty plan agreement term is 1 year. You can place your first service request once your plan becomes active on the day of closing.
If we can’t repair your covered garage door opener, we’ll replace it subject to the limitations and exclusions in your plan agreement and remove the defective item.
You can place your first service request once your coverage begins on the day of closing. Service requests can easily be placed 24/7 online via MyAccount or by calling 1-888-691-2854 during standard business hours to request service.
