The Electronics Protection Plan provides coverage for failures due to normal use, power surge protection, and defects in workmanship and materials for desktop and laptop computers, televisions, computer accessories, external hard drives, tablets, gaming systems, select smart home products, DVD/Blu-Ray players, digital cameras, home routers, wearable devices, printers, and home theater systems. The plan covers electronics that you own when you purchase the plan, as well as any you purchase while the plan is active. It doesn’t matter where or when you bought them.
No, there is no limit to the number of electronics covered. If the covered item can’t be repaired, you'll receive a replacement or will be reimbursed for the cost of a replacement item up to the $2,000 per claim coverage amount per the limitations and exclusions in your plan agreement. Members can file up to $5,000 in claims total per contract term.
