We cover all components and parts of clothes dryers. The ShieldGold plan covers up to $2,000 for each covered appliance. The ShieldPlatinum plan covers up to $4,000 for each covered appliance. And if we can’t repair the covered item, we’ll replace it subject to the limitations and exclusions in your plan agreement. When your dryer breaks down, simply place a service request online via MyAccount, pay your preset service fee, and we’ll assign a Pro to your request. Your assigned Pro will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to schedule your appointment. The Pro will diagnose and repair the covered issue.
