Our standard home warranty contract term is 1 year and renews for additional 1-year terms unless canceled. You can place your first service request 30 days after you sign up for your plan. You will not be charged until your coverage begins at the 30-day mark.
If we can’t repair your interior electrical systems and components, we’ll replace them subject to the limits and exclusions in your plan agreement, and cover the cost to remove the defective items. Please see the plan agreement for coverage details, including service fees, limitations and exclusions.
You can place your first service request 30 days after you sign up for your plan. Service requests can easily be placed 24/7 online via MyAccount or by calling 1-888-691-2854 during standard business hours to request service.
