The standard initial home warranty plan agreement is 13-months, and begins the day after you sign-up. After the initial agreement, your plan will renew for 12-month terms. You can place your first service request 30 days after you sign up for your plan.
If we can’t repair your ceiling fan, we’ll replace it subject to the limitations and exclusions of your plan agreement and remove the defective item.
